do we have to join in the same squad as our "tutor/observer" when we are playing? Sometimes ended up with random ppl which sits at a corner sniping @attackers side sit there with them?

Gest said they have special ways to "observe" us...

i think they got something like CS Spectator Mode or something like that...so i think they dont have to be in the server to observe u
